At Hoodies For Heroes, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your gear. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn and unwashed items.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Simply print it out and attach it securely to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new hero gear.
